Fidelio - Week Four

Fidelio, soprano Christine Goerke, gets her first look at the prisoner in the deepest dungeon when she goes with Rocco, bass-baritone Stephen Morscheck, to dig a grave. Fidelio can barely recognize her husband Florestan, tenor Anthony Dean Griffey.

Fidelio, soprano Christine Goerke, goes to offer the prisoner some bread and wine in order to get a better look at him, and finally confirms that she has found her husband Florestan, tenor Anthony Dean Griffey.
